Weekends

Yay!!! I finally got a tagboard... and now i finally know how to edit my links.. at first all i knew was to post and change settings from Blogger but apparently serene taught me how to do some other stuff...

Ok so on saturday went for youth service as usual... was playing keys for worship. Then after that was supposed to have CC dinner with Auntie Ivy and Auntie Lee Noi and the other CC youth... So we went to United Square after youth service and ****e* was driving **a*** and i there and lotsa funny things happened on our way... So first, along Thomson Road, ****e* wanted to change lanes.. so i was kinda surprised when he suddenly opened the window over at my side.. and den guess wad... he forgot to open his sideview mirror!!! :P Den when we reached the place, he was about to enter the carpark but the barrier was still up.. den the digital sign at the carpark said insert cashcard into IU. So ****e* thought the IU was the thing outside the car that you're supposed to slot the cashcard into. Den he was too lazy to go out and do it himself so he asked **a*** to go out and do it for him. Den the security guard came and told her that the IU was there (he pointed to some vague general direction).. So after talking to him for a while, **a*** went back inside the car.. Den everyone *somehow* realised that the IU is actually that reader thingy right in front of the driver so nobody had to go out of the car in the first place.. haha.. and the guy inside the car behind was laughing.. haha.. den while inside the carpark, ****e* took some wrong turn that led him to the exit of the carpark barely minutes before we got in lah.. so at the ramp towards the exit, he made a bold 3 point turn and good thing that the car behind managed to see us in time and stop before something happened!! hahaha.. so ok.. went for dinner at Globetrotters and guess wad.. they sell kuey teow at 13++!!! of course no one ordered that.. den after dinner went to eat Ben and Jerry's.. so nice!

Went for New Team as usual on Sunday morning... den i stayed for Children's Church.. after that went for some short meeting with Uncle Jem and then we practiced for the Prayer Convocation again. This time, we learned a few interesting moves on the tambourine..:) after that, went to kaypoh a bit with what the publicity side is doing for Connection 33:3 and then went to eat dinner with Alvin and Serene at Ikea.. :D

During CC, *i***** asked me whether there was gonna be any special items for Connection 33:3. Apparently he was interested to join lah.. and i found that little example very encouraging.. cos it's usually not easy to rally people to contribute to God's work so when they themselves are willing, it shows that God is moving! When the people are willing, praise the Lord (Read the Song of Deborah)! :D
