Blue Print

Last friday night/early sat morning, the Lord was speaking to me in a dream and in the dream someone asked a group of us "what do the words blue print mean to you?"

I believe it has a special significance to me cos though those words are not found in the bible, they still have biblical meaning. For one, Moses received the blue print of the tabernacle and it's furnitures and the setting for tabernacle worship from God. Also David received the plans and blue print for the temple of God before his son Solomon built it.

Connected with this is the idea that Christ is my blueprint. God has sent His Son down from heaven to model kingdom lifestyle and the superior kingdom life, the abundant life for me to follow. He has sent my Christ down as a form of firstfruits cos He wants and entire people to call His own, an entire people who are like Christ. That's his plan for us all (Rom 8:29). And furthermore, He has given us the Holy Spirit and has put inside us the means by which we become more and more like Christ, the means to carry out His purposes and become who He wants us to be and to do what He wants us to do. As we are the temple of God, His dwelling place among men, so Christ is our blue print, our model, the perfect man, the perfect example of the kingdom life. Blue also represents things that are heavenly.. so blue print talks about the heavenly print, God's DNA that he has given us, His incorruptible word that He has imbued in us that we may become like Him and live the life that Jesus lived for the glory of God the father. In the dream, someone gave an answer to the question and he said something like it was the essential matter that we are made of. It talks about the bottom line. It means that when all else fades and everything else is shaken away, what remains is that incorruptible seed. Then, after the shaking, God will begin to build into us; He will align our lives with Himself, His will, His purpose, His plans, His desire, according to His blue print!

Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven!
