Revival Meetings

The past few days have really been filled with many activities. One of the things that have been going on is the revival meetings that have been held nightly in Salem from 27-30 December...

One of the things that really caught my attention during the revival meetings was that there was a significant number of youth who were present... not really a lot lah but there were quite a few who were around. What's really interesting is that I believe that God is drawing our hearts to Himself... He's really making the ppl hungry! Usually, not many youth attend the revival meetings lah but this time there was more than the usual number. Thank God for that! :)

The sessions were good... This time round, there wasn't a single speaker for all the sessions like the previous years but there were 3 different speakers. The messages spoken were really timely and it was really very ministering lah. The last speaker released a word for the church saying that in the days to come, there will be a greater manifestation of His Holy Spirit in this church, that He will cause His river to go into this church that the hearts of people will be moist... that He will raise up sons with the spirit of Barnabas of old who will encourage many people...

Lord, let it be! Amen. :)

On the last night, I happened to be in church early cos I left with Abel from Sentosa so Pastor Ban asked me to sing backup. It was such a privilege and an interesting experience cos the band was made up of both youths and adults lah... The sound is different but the God that we serve is the same. The presence of God was there and i believe that even as generations unite to serve the Lord together there is a different, powerful anointing released... :)
