Child-like Faith

Wah... so many things have been happening during the hols and i got a long list of things to update and blog about lah.. :P havent been updating cos i moved house recently... it seems that i've been eating a lot of chocs during the hols also... dun wanna get fat... :P

haha anyway, was thinking about the things that happened during youth camp and one line that amanda said just impressed me. She turned out to have some really microscopic splinter on her finger but she was unsure whether it was really there on not so she decided to ask Uncle Mark if there's anything there... Uncle Mark said there wasn't and she said something like.. "if daddy says dun have then it means dun have".. That line caught my attention cos it demonstrates child-like faith of how we come to God and believe Him and take His Word as it is! That means when Daddy God says something, then it must be true! Absolutely true! If Daddy says we're forgiven, we're forgiven! If Daddy says we're loved, we're loved. If Daddy says that He will never leave us nor forsake us, then it must be so! Well, it turned out that Uncle Mark was wrong and there really was some tiny splinter stuck in Amanda's finger... but Daddy God is never wrong, yeah! :)
