First Day

Still in holiday mode... but anyway, went to school early today to prac for worship for vision tea... turns out that we needed to go to GCTC to prac cos someone took the crusade keyboard to clean it..

Made it back in time for the intro lecture of Intro to World History.. there are lotsa interesting characters i saw today.. the three profs.. one's Italian- Prof Peleggi and speaks with this interesting accent.. the other is Prof Borschberg.. kinda entertaining.. heard about him from Mr Yoong before... the last one is an american- Prof Clancy. There was this one guy though who was sitting towards the front and seemed kinda disruptive... rumour has it that he's related to *someone important*...

Had Total War lecture in the afternoon... Prof Brian Farell is really good... It's amazing how i took the module in the first place cos after taking the Cold War paper in JC, i didn't really fancy studying that kind of history.. i'm more interested in other more traditional civilisations... the amazing thing was that when i was bidding for it with the online system, i had a prompting to take it.. i dunno why but i was *somehow* filled with a more than natural interest with the subject.. And now i know why i'm taking it.. i've told some that one of the reasons why i wanted to major in history was cos i wanted to see how the development of the world parallels with the unfolding of God's divine plan upon the face of the earth.. and it seems that taking the Total War module would give me somewhat of an insight into this.. and i also believe that the Lord wants me to learn somewhat about spiritual warfare through the module through the warfare we see in the natural... hmmm.. this should prove to be interesting...

The other thing is that throughout the past few days the digits in my watch have been "doubling up" again as i have written in one of my previous posts.. in fact, i've been getting it at least once almost every day and around 3 times or more the past few days... it's gotta be more than just a coincidence.. and it doesn't just happen with my phone.. happens with the digital clock on coms as well as the ones inside the lecture theatres too... God's trying to tell me something...
